In honor of St. Patrick's Day, I am wearing the plastic Green Lantern ring I picked up at the comics show. Now if only I could find a Power Lantern somewhere ...

FSIL is supposedly waiting on responses to his chaplain search messages. I hope so. GW's co-worker who is in the National Guard has been out of the office, so she can't ask him about contact information for the local folks he knows. And I had planned to ask some of my cousins about some rabbis in the area who might do ecumenical services. Sis picked a bad time to get sick all around. Although while she has been here, her oldest finally proposed to his girlfriend. Both women knew it was coming, though I'm not sure the girlfriend knew the timing. She had told Sis, though, just what kind of ring she wanted. Sis and Nephew then went out shopping. So another wedding next year among this new set of cousins (I'm part of the old set).

May have to skip a week of eBay "dinner plate" listings. I still need to finish up the taxes, and I lose two days this week with the audit in the wilds of upstate PA. That'll be a good test of the new Bose Quiet Comfort headphones. It's also the reason I spent the bucks for them. I've got a couple more audits later in the year that also might involve propjet travel. Good planes, but noisy buggers.
