Technical note for those reading the transcripts who didn't see the episode: The big screen used on the show isn't nerdy enough to display superscripts, but Meredith read the question correctly, as "10 to the -8". She must have needed a special briefing on that before the episode taped. :mrgreen:

I used to think "once in a blue moon" was like every three decades or so because that's roughly the context Mom put it in. Then I googled it a few years after she died -- holy cow! Oh well.
