I think I would have gotten it from the "Europe on $5 a Day" book--I used to love them when I was a teenager, and foolishly thought that those price figures weren't long obsolete!

But just last week, there was a story about this. Google was going to stop publishing the books, so Arthur Frommer bought the company back!
