I haven't read any of the articles, but I was pretty sure WB would have to do something to make up for the horrific cuts they made in OOTP.
I predict that the movie HBP will be a mix of books OOTP and HBP, movie DH Part One will be a mix of books OOTP, HBP, and DH, and movie DH Part Two will be all from book DH.
They'll probably film it so that the final battle scene takes 30 minutes, and the epilogue takes 10.
