cough, cough, what caused that cloud of dust!
Suitguy is not bitter.

feels he represents the many educated and rational onlookers who believe that the hysterical denouncement of lay scepticism is both unwarranted and counter-productive

The problem, then, is that such calls do not address an opposition audience so much as they signal virtue. They talk past those who need convincing. They ignore actual facts and counterargument. And they are irreparably smug.

Maybe I could give Pea my password and she could post in my name for a couple of weeks.

Doing LS has by necessity increased my posting, but since Nelly is doing QOD, I don't think there's any way that he could have fallen behind me again. Just in case, I'll attempt to ratchet it back until he makes the HOH.

Certainly.

And I've never known you to be shy about speaking your thoughts.

But your thoughts may not be tmitsss's thoughts.

What's your position on global warming?

Wouldn't it be a hoot if they were?

well........

maybe not.

Global warming? I do not know enough to have an opinion about it. That is really the truth.

Nor do I really care enough to educate myself enough to have an opinion about it.

C'mon wintergreen......you can add a post in the client 6/9 thread about the Lithuanian hooker, the NY governor and the British royal. Hmmmm, there must be a joke in there somewhere.

Great title, LB.

Thanks as always for doing this.

I'll miss Taurus.
