Below is a list of famous people who either do not or rarely ever use their real first names. For each, you must tell me his or her real first name. So if I said “Bob Hope”, you would say “Leslie”. Simple as that.

Answers are due by Thursday at 5 PM Eastern.

1. Dennis Hastert
2. Penny Hardaway
3. Duke Ellington
4. Wink Martindale
5. Tiger Woods
6. Pat Nixon
7. Lance Bass
8. Mitt Romney
9. Pudge Rodriguez
10. Grover Cleveland
11. Tina Turner
12. Rip Hamilton
13. Mark Felt
14. Pacman Jones
15. Wendy Thomas Morse, daughter of Dave Thomas and namesake of Wendy’s

Not allowed to alter my original post, but just so it makes sense (although I don't think extraneous comments matter):
Spoiler
On the Mark Felt one, I meant to say that I had answered "Adam" just as a guess.

Spoiler
If the answer to number one is actually John, then that's very funny. I originally put John down as my guess (on most of them I guess normal names unless I was trying to be funny). But then I changed it because I thought "If somebody has the second most perfect name in the world, why would they go by their middle name? Unless their middle name is the most perfect name in the world (which would be Thomas)."

Also, who would have guessed that two other people also had a massive crush on A Martinez? Although I think I remember seeing Peacock at the convention back in '74. Ha!
