If anything, baseball is more "apple pie"-like than outdoor concerts (I.e. a classic American pastime), and tranquil just screams "pick the noisiest option". Too bad for Travis (oh, did they spell it "Travis' Bank" or "Travis's Bank"?) that his gamble didn't work out, he was a nice enough guy backstage, though only back there for a little bit. Kind of a nasty stack, I wouldn't have known or been able to tease out any of the top 3-level categories, and the ATA results were nearly identical to my own (except they worked out in his favor here).

I wonder if Travis resorted to ATA because of the Snooki reference, even though it was asking for something that may have been old or obscure for the audience, who would guess based on what occupation the name "Snooky" sounded most appropriate for.

And while I still have the show, I checked back and saw it was listed as "Travis' Bank."

So, New Yorkers, when was Central Park created? My impression was that the "initial" rules came from the 19th century, when a baseball game might well seem too wild and raucous for a "tranquil" park. I wouldn't expect those rules to extend into the 20th century.

I'll use my second JTQ on this one. Even though it's about a New York City landmark I don't think the audience would know this.

My first thought was baseball, because its history as Townball made me think it way too destructive to be played in Central Park - that game used to take up way more space than it does today. But I think I ultimately would have decided it was an "easy" question, gone for the obvious ironic choice of carriage rides (as that, to me, is what Central Park is famous for), and been sent on my way with $1,000 for my trouble.
