Pulp Fiction Critical Analysis Question

We stumbled upon it on Encore or something, again. Tell me what the theme(s) are --random nihilistic violence coupled with consequential violence along with time as an artificial construct plus funny parts and stuff?

Is that what it's about? It's an intriguing movie, but I forget what it's focus is.
