I was rooting for Daniel.

I'd have scratched my head on this one - no offense to our Canadian contingent but I've never heard of this. My guess from the comfort of my recliner was B, but I'd have gone with lifelines, starting with PAF.

Daniel decides to leave with $50K.
After three previous unsuccessful game show appearances (while so many of us are dreaming of just one), he's not willing to take 2 to 1 odds on a 50/50 guess.
You'll never see odds like that offered in Vegas, Daniel.
I had no clue about this, but my hunch was that "The View Up Here" was more likely a distractor about our friends to the north than a title they'd actually use. In this situation, I'd have gone for B.

And as I know you know, the odds are actually more favorable than 2 to 1. A correct guess gets you a look at the $250K clue, which may just be something you happen to know.
