You're the David Thompson fan, right?

If you haven't seen this, David Thompson is ESPN's #8 greatest College B-Ball player of all-time.

I forget which game it was, but during one of the games Saturday night on ESPN there was a graphic up showing Wilt Chamberlain, Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, David Thompson and one other person I can't remember (probably Michael "Blech" Jordan since it was a guard) and one of the announcers was saying he could probably take a team with that starting lineup and still screw it up. Maybe that was what they were talking about.

They show this great montage of DT at the games sometimes scored to Simply the Best that makes me cry when I see it.

That's the same song they used for my highlight montage at Busch Stadium. I think I'll see if they'll play it at my Hall of Fame induction ceremony next year.....

You're just jealous that the Mets gave me up for just Shawon Dunston. :P And everyone thought the Ed Hearn for David Cone trade was lopsided....

I guess you'd be happy to know that Jordan is only #13 on the list.

I think he might fall a little higher on a similar list of pros.
