Re: My New Years Resolution

I've added and re-organized a lot in the shop over my weekend...

All designs are now contained within their own subsection under the corresponding character's section...

I've added a Valentine's Day section. Only one new and one old design there so far...

I uploaded the pics I used to introduce each character over in my blog since they have a cool look of their own. They were too small for T-shirts, but I did add them to a bunch of different items which can be found in the Odds & Ends sections for each character. I didn't think about it today, but I'll see about adding the group picture on the welcome post in my blog soon....

Anyone else who wants an old design on a mug or anything else, let me know. As Catfish found out, those are quick and painless....

You'd be shocked at what they've had to remove from colons.

I seriously doubt it. Considering I bought this for my oldest son for Christmas as a joke:

Well, I just went back into the store, and I sure as heck can afford to purchase a mug, so when you get a chance...

Next paycheck I'm thinkin' a "gonna be one of those days" baseball jersey. Just curious..do the avatars and character drawings you did (some of those, like the etaoin as host of FNGD were priceless) translate to shirt designs as well, or are they too small?

My eldest granddaughter turned 18 yesterday. She may get an Angel shirt soon.

Keep this up, and I may need to get a second job..

Its 2012 and Evil Squirrel is now available in a Snuggie (or as they say in Cafepress land a Blanket wrap) LOL. Did the Mayans get it right?

The problem, then, is that such calls do not address an opposition audience so much as they signal virtue. They talk past those who need convincing. They ignore actual facts and counterargument. And they are irreparably smug.

I shall add the T-Bone tat to a mug when I get back on the regular computer tomorrow morning. I'm thinking the old portraits might be too small for a shirt... the pics I draw now for the T's are 2000X2000 pixels (I can't remember how large the portrait pics were, but they were no more than half that size). I'll see what it looks like as well tomorrow. I do know the avatars and such are definitely too small (Not to mention they'd look grainy and smudgy)... that's why I recommend smaller things like mugs and glasses for the older artwork.....

I'm giggling at the fact that there's a maternity shirt. It looks particularly fetching with the "It's going to be one of those days" pictures.

In pink, of course.

Hurrah! I ordered a mug and also a baseball jersey w/ the "one of those days" drawing. Caity liked the "kissed a squirrel" drawing, so I'll get her a shirt of that soon. In the meantime, I "liked" the site on Facebook and wrote up a bit about it to spread the word....

Thanks, LB!

I said months ago that lb should start his own comic of ES and friends and submit it to newspapers. I'm really glad that you are moving on with this. Don't be afraid to expand this to a bigger market.

Maybe ES should be marketed at the Cardinal games...I mean the stadium seems to be squirrel friendly.

I was expecting to get my mugs tonight (UPS always shows up after 6:30) but my shipping status is now:

As requested by the sender, UPS has transferred this shipment to the local post office for delivery to the final destination.

Huh?!

Both items I sent out as gifts before I officially opened my store were transferred from UPS to the USPS for delivery (which added a day or two to the delivery ETA... and at that, one of the recipients still reported receiving their item 3 days after delivery confirmation told me it had been scanned as delivered). Of course, I used cheap bastard shipping, I'm not sure if that's what you used or not....

Yes, I used the cheapest shipping. It says they'll arrive tomorrow via USPS now. I didn't even know UPS could do that.

I call it "It arrived at the post office on the 16th but they held it until after you left for AZ so it sat on your porch from the 21st until you got home on the 1st since you told everyone you had your mail held so no one checked on it when they fed the cats."

Which may have been an improvement over UPS, who didn't know the mail was being held so they delivered a gift we hadn't ordered. I suppose it was delicious--I'll have to ask the raccoons who demolished anything that was in the cardboard boxes. They tried mightily to get the popcorn in the tin but were thwarted by the shrink-wrap seal...
