So that's what a $250K question looks like, these days!

Andre's wikipedia page mentions this tidbit.
André Roussimoff was born in France to parents of Bulgarian and Polish ancestry. As a child, he very early displayed symptoms of his acromegaly, reaching a height of 6'3" (190.5 cm) and weight of 240 pounds (110 kg) by age 12. Unable to fit on the school bus, he was driven to school by playwright Samuel Beckett, a friend of his father.
So let's see. If you knew that Andre grew up in France and that Beckett also lived in France, it's a slam dunk!

BTW, I didn't.

Is it just me or did the $250,000 seem easier than the $100,000? $250k seems like something you could possibly stumble upon somewhere - $100k is just really random.

I'm at $500K with one JTQ left. I got the "wink" question because winking's the only action of the 4 that I could think of that would be mimicked by an involuntary movement (spasm).

Yes- the $100K was extremely random. I didn't even know what "Mudflap Girl" was (although I've seen it hundreds of times).

BTW, the Wikipedia entry for "Mudflap Girl" doesn't even mention Ed Allen. But I've found other entries that do credit him.

I adore Carson. He played this super swishy guy on "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy," then blew everybody away on "Jeopardy!". I know he likes playing up some traits, but I love that he is relatively bright also.

The question with LMNO made me laugh. I teach at a preschool and I work in the classroom with the four and five-year-olds helping to prepare them for kindergarten. At the school we get guidelines from nearby schools where many of the children later attend.

The guidelines cover areas the preschoolers should be familiar with during the school year such as colors, shapes, address, phone number etc. One instruction I've seen more than once is to teach the alphabet song with having the children slow down and say L-M-N-O-P with each letter sung distinctly instead of slurring them together quickly.

I'm pretty sure he was playing himself. I have yet to see him exhibit any persona other than super swishy.

If you'd seen the video, you'd never be able to get it out of your head.....

I know that YOU don't know this, but this is a reference to tonight's DWTS episode. I'd just managed to recover from the tragedy of the 'best band in the land' butchering a Pitbull song, then I get to hear them massacre Adam Levine. Thank goodness for Anna and Carson to make it all okay.....
Exeunt Regina......
