I learned about this on 60 Minutes a while back.  Some people think it ruins the enviroment.3. I read (or heard) this somewhere, maybe on J!.

I think most libraries do this from time to time.

Not college libraries though! I got five research books back a couple days late and got a bill for $500! They reduced it to the regular fine ($25) as soon as I turned in the books.

Some people think it ruins the enviroment? When you can ignite the "water" that comes out of your kitchen faucet I'd say your environment has been ruined.
