If one realized that this was a scientific organization, I suppose the answer's obvious, but I was thinking that name could also be some sort of cultural history/travel organization, in which case C might have been a reasonable gimmick (athough a more expensive one). It's rare I have to call a level 2 question a WWOQ.

I hadn't heard of this, but I'm pretty sure I would have been willing to pull the trigger on name a species.

That makes no sense. It's Discover Life in America, not Discover Life Way Way Way Above America. It's just another example of a Millionaire question taking advantage of their contestants having to be 100% sure. He's never heard of the group, so even though logically there's only one answer, he can't bring himself to pull the trigger. There was an even worse one in today's show.
