Don't look now, but fanny's beginning to open up a big lead again! And mrkelley's continuing to run down the pack, as he passes starfish for 3rd place. But where would he be had he taken full advantage of CharlesFoxSingers' game....?

Well, this certainly adds a new wrinkle to things. Though fanny did have a 9 point cushion, missing a high scoring game like today left her now 14 points off the pace, while all three players behind her pass her up. The one who is really coming out of this smelling like a rose is mrkelley, who seemed to be dead in the water 20 points off the lead a coupld weeks ago, and is now just 1 point shy of passing our new leader TBone.

I don't remember seeing fanny's name on the users browsing list at anytime yesterday, so I hope everything's OK with her....

Seven weeks down, Just 2 more to go! And for the first time since Game 6, someone other than fantine or TBone sits atop the leaderboard. Starfish jumps from third into first with a strong showing, and mrkelley retains second place by edging out TBone, who falls into third. Fanny is cartainly not out of it yet, though Thursday's absense has hurt her shot at shocking the LS world. And on the other end of the standings, Marley now has two more players to grumble at.....

At least they earned a bunch of points, so they should move out of the basement quickly, if they play another day.

Yay, somebody was worried about me! I didn't miss it by design, Thursday was doctor day, so I wasn't at home Wednesday night through Thursday afternoon. Then I had to get a new prescription the doctor gave me and I didn't react very well to it. But I'm MUCH BETTER now...

Although I wouldn't have had a great day, OUCH!! This is like the Western Conference in the NBA. Figures, because when I was taking stuff off of my old computer I found my LS from August 2002 (I think) and I was going to use that if I managed to win yours. Today looks to be my most pitiful effort to date, though, so it's going to be double difficult to move back up past fourth or lower. Nobody really wanted an LS with instrumentals anyway, right? Ha!

Geez, starfish gets a whiff of the lead and all of a sudden he's 12 points out in front of everyone... the biggest lead by anyone all season long! TBone squeezes back into 2nd place, but may wish he had fanny back above him, as he has a bigger hill to climb to catch starfish over the last 9 games....

Starfish is putting his foot to the gas, and over the throat of his competition. mrkelley managed to keep pace, and also move back into second, but with TBone slipping to third, fishie picks up another point on his lead, which now totals 13.....

The top 4 manage to reel in starfish a little bit in yesterday's game, but he still has an 8 point lead on mrkelley, and a double digit advantage on TBone and fanny. TiV managed to squeak by melly to pick up 8th place, and we had our 30th different player of the year, which is worth a woohoo, unless you're Marley.....

Fanny's still staying alive, but it looks like the missed game will be the death of her chances at winning the crown. Despite pulling off the first back-back perfectos of the season, TiV still can't get past KT for 7th place...

Final week? No! I think you should go through March, at least. If you need a reason not to end it on February 29, I will give you Midnight on the 31st of March as a new one.

Mrkelley falters to give starfish a point back on his lead, but now it is over TBone, who actually gains a spot on his least favorite day of the week. Fanny is still trying to jump back into the fray, including petitioning to have the game extended into March, but the LS-Meister's having none of that! TLITF/Nelly and KT/TiV continue to battle for position over the final week, but perhaps the most interesting portion of the standings is at the bottom, where just about everyone played this game and swapped position!
