It would appear that you can cut and paste them if you wish. As for new ones, perhaps you have to go to
www.serving.com to find them. Another feature that is apparently built into version 3?

Yes, it's just a matter of finding a collection (many are shared online) and cutting-and-pasting.
The administrator should have the ability to add more.
