This must be the most money ever won on the show by a person who didn't know any of the answers, right?

Four questions, one ATA, two jumps, one walk = $12,500.

Her recurring response was that she could hardly be expected to know the answers because she was too young. Okay, whatever.

No, not "whatever," after the big buildup Meredith gave her for being an 18-year-old getting on the show. Maybe Hannah should have ignored her mother's orders until she had another few years of life experience.

What!? no Grumble??
Suitguy is not bitter.

feels he represents the many educated and rational onlookers who believe that the hysterical denouncement of lay scepticism is both unwarranted and counter-productive

The problem, then, is that such calls do not address an opposition audience so much as they signal virtue. They talk past those who need convincing. They ignore actual facts and counterargument. And they are irreparably smug.

Maybe this contestant was beyond the standard Grumble.
I believe in the usefulness of useless information.

Another reluctant contestant.

Hasn't she heard of Dame Judi Densch?

I'd ATA on this one and hope they know it - I might end up having to JTQ if the numbers don't look good.

From Joann, who used no lifelines, to Hannah, who's used all of hers in the first three questions.

What can I say? This was a sad counterpoint to Joann's run.
