Need to submit a video, but a potential 6 figure payday.

Thank you for posting this, takinover. In reading the rules, however, I decided that whoever created this promotion had never owned a dog, or at least not one any bigger than 10-pounds or so that could be carried on board with its owner. Flying with larger dogs in the cargo hold offers many complications, risks, and occasional impossibilities. (I had been typing a much longer and more tedious post that outlined some of those problems, but it went "poof." You have been spared.) The rules specify air travel to approximately 10 events and photo shoots. I find some irony in the fact that a company based on dogs is creating what could easily become a situation in which dogs are exposed to danger.

On the plus side, this contest offers, in addition to the grand prize, 99 runner-up prizes of digital cameras. That's a lot of prizes for a contest like this, so entering in hopes of winning a new camera in return for a video or photo and a clever essay of 250 words or less seems reasonable.

Would she then have to change her name to AnnieCamera?

Just curious...

That is an excellent idea, Mr. Alpha. My mom said I could enter, but if I won the grand prize (to which I said, "What's this 'if'?) I would have to decline. So, I'm going to enter me and Lizbit, too, if she ever holds still long enough for me to take her photo. If I do win a camera, I will take my own self-portrait in front of a mirror, like some of those Mr. Uly has done.

If I don't win a camera, I will continue to ask for Meaty Bones, which are tastier than the cookies manufactured by the MilkBone people.
