I'm eating angleworms and other gross protein since I need brain food. Here's the deal. When I broke my wrist all my brains flew out when they did surgery. They just oozed out the side when the doc wasn't looking.SportsFan68 wrote:What was MsKing gonna eat?
I'm gonna go eat Triscuits that have been re-frozen about 12 times now. I'll bet they're crispy and delicious.

Q4 - OK.
Cool Jerk is by the Capitols.
I assume there was some sort of dance as well, but the reality is that it was two-odd minutes of perfect top 40 radio which made the song. Like "Tighten Up' by Archie Bell and the Drells, from Houston, Texas who not only sing bu who dance as good as they want, two years later.
52 and 36.
Keeps coming up again and again, this one.

Could you ask a Q about quilting, or body wash or powder coating so I don't feel so inept?
Or just tell me how you are doing? My brother has had a few small seizures lately. They had to change one of his meds lately and it is hard to balance the seizure meds with the anti-heart attack meds.

Brooklyn Team?etaoin22 wrote:Q5 5 - AND SO....
B - With which sport is associated the team, the "Brooklyn Superbas"?
G - Egg whites are quickly whisked to maximum stability in a bowl with a little, or a lot of, this element.
Spoiler
Prolly not baseball, Roller Derby! LOL!
Yay! Chemistry/Cooking! Copper! And unlike whipped cream, the egg white should be at room temp!

Spoiler
B - I first read this as "SuperbRas" and almost fell out of my chair. The only sport I think of in Brooklyn is baseball, so I'll go with that.
G - I use sugar for meringues, but think it's cream of tartar for non-sweet stuff

SC - have you read Rose Levy Beranbaum's Cake Bible? She explained so much to me about the "why" of baking. It's fascinating just to page through her recipes.

I am feeling ovewhelmed from all the interesting side threads.....
Superbas are the pregenitors of the Brooklyn Dodgers.
Superba is also a great brand of some sort of dyeing stuff, which kept popping up when I wanted to google. he ball team. Superba is also the marque of a car used freuently for taxicabs, but I don't remember whether that was the Checker company or not.
Super-ba - wl day is Sunday.
Copper Bowl. for egg whites. But you probably have higher technology.
And, the team albelled for Eelcihick wins. by some number of points.
Congratiulations.
I will have to review this thread and figure out about the optimal way to do this. The good thing is that I am not crashing or even close to doign so, and the cut and paste is working as far as I can tell, perfectly

Doc and Sprots and others-the email crap I've been waiting for (and waited at work for til 9) arrived. So I have to go and send it out to the waiting throngs. Did you know there are some real sumbitches out there that make you wait til all hours of the day?
Anyway, mucho thanks for the game! Even though I appear to know less than I did before as evidenced by my performance, I've learned more in this few minutes than I did earlier today.
Sorry for bailing and next time I'll bring my brain.

Ladies, it was a blast. The chat and sidetracking are a large part of what makes these Fridays so much fun.
