I think her episode of Ellen is on today, too.
She shot it yesterday. I haven't spoken with her yet, but can't wait to hear what it was like in Ellen's studio.

What fuzzy said! I have missed her smile on my tv screen, and Trading Spaces was not the same without her.

5LD can verify, but I believe she was her Maid of Honor.
I made sure to comment to Patrick (Paige Page's husband) how much I mssed her on TS and really didn't even watch it anymore because of how much it lacked with out her.

And how do YOU know Patrick?
And I guess lack of ratings can make TLC decide that stuff like this
wasn't so bad after all?

5LD was kind enough to arrange a once in a lifetime treat for Daughter1111.
Daughter1111 wanted to go see Lion King as her 16th birthday present. 5LD heard of my plans and arranged an incredible back stage tour with the star of the show. None other that Patrick Page who is Scar on Broadway.
I took her and her best friend down to Broadway for the show and lunch and dinner.
Yup, pretty special.

Long time friends of both Paige and her husband, Patrick. They served as maid of honor and best man at our wedding in 2000 and then in 2001 my hubby and I returned the favor in their wedding.
I consider her my best friend.
Patrick is my husband's best friend.

I consider her my best friend.
Patrick is my husband's best friend.
And alas, I didn't find this out until AFTER I'd seen Patrick tear up the stage as Scar. He was far and away the best thing about that show, which I liked very much -- Julie Taymor did a wonderful job, especially with the costumes and sets, but I still haven't forgiven her for creating TLK in the one year when what I believe may be my all-time favorite Broadway show was up for Best Musical, and lost to TLK. That show, FTR, is "Ragtime," which I still queue up on my iPod when I need something dramatic, cathartic, and funny, melodic, harmonic and heartbreaking. It's also the show that made me fall in love with Audra MacDonald.

Beedums is quite capable of using his lightning-fast reflexes on the remote control to watch both shows simultaneously. He'll remember the combination as "SpongeBoob SquarePaige," and he'll be a happy man.

That screams MM possibilities, but I'm not quite up to creating the proper avatar.

The problem, then, is that such calls do not address an opposition audience so much as they signal virtue. They talk past those who need convincing. They ignore actual facts and counterargument. And they are irreparably smug.

Count me in as among the very excited to see her return to Trading Spaces. It REALLY suffered with her departure.

Paige is just like Regis and Meredith, they are all so good at their jobs and make it seem so effortless. But let someone else try to take their place, it isn't the same.

Trading Spaces was not the same without Paige (I stopped watching). It is good to see Paige, Hildy, Doug etc all back where they belong.
I am glad someone at TLC fixed a big wrong. Yay Paige Davis! (I am a big fan).

My favorite Paige quote from Saturday's show, when she was talking to a new cast member:
"So, are you a good carpenter, or just a pretty boy?"

I'm sure that just really stung Ty Pennington.
If he was even watching.

SC, I loved the fact that they brought back the Original Trading Spaces music! Loved what Doug did...not so much what Hildy did. I know what she was trying to convey, but its too busy for a bedroom. Bedroom = calm, serenity, romantic get-away.
