Jessica Simpson punted

#1 Post by nitrah55 » Thu Jan 24, 2008 9:42 am

NY Daily News reports that Tony Romo has broken off his romantic relationship with Jessica Simpson, sources saying that he intends that they remain friends.
I am about 25% sure of this.

I just heard yesterday that she wanted to record a duet with him.

I wonder what happened. Do you think he found out she's not really blonde?

Maybe he intends that. Remains to be seen whether she feels the same way.

I'd hazard a guess that he'd noticed that some time ago.

More likely that Jessica initiated this breakup, based on this "news" item:

Oh, and I thought I was learning a new slang term.
Suitguy is not bitter.

feels he represents the many educated and rational onlookers who believe that the hysterical denouncement of lay scepticism is both unwarranted and counter-productive

The problem, then, is that such calls do not address an opposition audience so much as they signal virtue. They talk past those who need convincing. They ignore actual facts and counterargument. And they are irreparably smug.

In today's Houston Chronicle there was a story claiming that Tony Romo tried to break up with her but Jessica insisted on staying together.

So Romo invited her on the worst date possible in order to get rid of her. He took her hunting.

Here is a link to the source of that story which was OK! magazine

I can't believe I went and looked that up.
