B4 Team-The List (late-ish)

#1 Post by Bixby17 » Tue Jan 22, 2008 9:35 am

Week 250

What are you doing this week for your health and fitness?

For me, I am going to keep on keeping on. Got great news--I haven't had batteries in my scale for a while so I was a little unnerved. Digital scale in the hotel bathroom was kind to me, not so kind to husband so I am guessing it is accurate.

I am going to get intentional exercise throughout the week, lots of veggies, and putting a battery in my scale.

Keep doing what I'm doing and add a little more to it.

Swimming tomorrow night, lifting tonight. Veggies throughout.

With a fever of 102.7, I will just sleep and survive. And drink lots of fluids.

Almost forgot to post here, wouldn't want that.

Been pretty good so far this week, with one notable exception on Monday evening.

Adding water bottle activity to the monitoring of late night snacks, now.

Workouts continue to be good, although not as frequent as I'd like.

Planning another cruise for this summer, so I've got plenty of motivation.

My doctor's checkup yesterday showed my total cholesterol number going from 290 in July to 160 now, a remarkable decrease in this length of time. Apparently the Crestor works really well for me. I don't remember the numbers for good and bad cholesterol, but the good was good and the bad was good....if that makes sense.

So, I am making better choices as far as food goes and will try to do better with my exercise. I really like my exercise ball. The stretching really makes a difference.

You can get another one to sit on at work. You have to use abs and core muscles just to stay upright. It would brighten up the office.

Yes, and then I would fall off of it and really break something.

I am somewhat of a klutz you know.

Thanks for the suggestion, though.
