And if you've ever watched a State of the Union address, you've seen plenty of senators and House representatives get caught sleeping. Ted Kennedy is notorious for sleeping, during both a GWB SOTU and a WJC SOTU.

Iffen I was president, I would yell "Last call!!" during the SOTU just to see Teddy jump. No, really, I would... :D
