Do any of the rest of the Georgers experience the phenomenon of refreshing the Your Bills report and not having it update with the latest info? It has happened to me 3 times. Most recently, just now.

And, now, I'm out of refreshes. I've had 6 hits in the last 10 days. Starting to close in on a George Score of 700.

2 of them were $20s. Which is doubly interesting because I had not gotten a hit on a $20 until the one this morning.

All unique hits. The 3 on Thursday were all in different suburbs of Dallas. I got another hit yesterday down in Conroe, TX (close to beebs)

Hey, beast, I know you've explained about serial numbers being reused in different series of bills, which is why we sometimes get the "Are you sure about that?" messages, but what about using the same serial number on different denominations of bills? I just entered a $10 and got the message that it had already been entered for a $20. No marking on the bill, so it's unlikely that someone made a mistake on the entry and was making a stealth entry, too.

They don't use certain serial numbers for each denomination, so of course it's possible. It's much rarer than the same serial/different series situation, but it does show up sometimes....

I did that with one strap of Georges in December, but that seems like bending the rules about normal distribution of currency to me.

I would say it is still within the normal distribution. You still spend cash where you normally would. Just because now you are foisting a stack of marked Georges on the merchant doesn't change that fact.

I have gone the band of ones route only once. I still spent other bills than ones, but I did carry more ones than usual until they were gone.
