Meredith responded to Juan's answer with a comment like "I'm surprised you knew that!" Of course, the question really had nothing to do with the TV show and merely called for identifying the only likely moon name out of those four choices.

A nice ambition, but like the woman who wanted computers for her school, I don't think he'll be earning the big money.
