Just in case it comes up, Cristóbal Colón was the Spanishized name of Christoffa Corombo, his original Genoese name.

However there are claims that he was actually Catalan, Portuguese, or Jewish.

It was good to see Reege again, even though it was as a "celebrity question-asker". This is one of the episodes that I remember - the book had fold-out legs, IIRC so that it could be used as a coffee table.
