Nick is here with his fiancee, Camille. Meredith says he's lucky to be engaged at all, after what he said on to her on his first date, in front of her parents. He had said, "You know, after dinner, we can watch a Bourne movie." After noticing her face go ashen white, he realized that she thought he had said "porn".
Nick doesn't have any lifelines left.

That's wicked for $12,500- I still see the WWOQs are a'coming even w/o the Phone-a-Friend lifeline.
Not many people off the street are going to know what COPD is- unless they spend a lot of time watching pharma ads on TV.

It is a bit tough but I immediately focused on the P to stand for pulmonary. I'm sure I could've made up something for the other letters but I would've gone with lungs even without lifelines.
