Had it not been for that damn Conch Republic question, I would've been going for $50,000 with all of my lifelines.

The others were Denise from Peculiar, MO and Christine from Belton, MO.

I thought it was a waste of a good question idea even though it made this contestant burn a lifeline. I would have asked what brand is named for the original price of its product with wrong answers like WD-40 or Product 19.

Hmmm...is there some hidden connection between Valleycrest and NPR? Paula's the second "Wait, Wait..." panelist they've used as an expert.

Anyone not think that Darin was Googling this? This question shouldn't have required a lifeline.

A mihrab is a niche in a mosque that points in the direction of Mecca; sharia is Islamic law; and hijab is the head covering worn by Muslim women.

If they're really into premium liquors you might not get a coherent ATA.
I believe in the usefulness of useless information.

25K: No blinking idea. Already used ATA, so PAF a Googler here. Gonna really, really, really miss this lifeline.
