Oh, Kay, want another weekend get-away?

I know you're enjoying your condo at the beach, but I thought you might like another little get-away spot, just for the sake of variety. Here's a place that might offer a bit of peace and quiet in a country to which you've made repeat visits. I hope it will meet your needs.

BTW, I notice that "The whole complex can accomodate 60 people." So, that should mean about 120 elves, right? Par-tay!
Merry Christmas, or as we'll have to say next year, Buon Natale!
I'm an elf, damn it. Trust me, and don't forget to tip your server.

Siena is definitely a lovely place and I haven't found anything there I didn't like. I don't know....14 bedrooms....you think that's big enough?

I also did the euro to dollar exchange, so the $6,250,000Euro asking price is $9 million US dollars. Yowee! May have to save up a bit for that one.

Thanks for the heads up.

I'm still in Auburn, btw. We don't hit the beach until Friday.

Oh, silly, it's Christmas! Santa's solicitors will take care of all the financial and legal arrangements.

Yes, I do think it will be big enough. If you read the page carefully, you'll notice that the historical villa has 14 "en-suite bedrooms," the stone farmhouse has 15 en-suite bedrooms, and the newly constructed villa has another 4 bedroom suites. I'm certain that you'll be able to squeeze in your family and closest friends, along with Ulysses, who will come in very handy to carry all the luggage.

Yes, it does accommodate quite a few. I noticed the barn needs "updating"...hmmmm

I have a feeling we'll be toting our own luggage. I don't recall getting a commitment on that service. That private jet and pilot sure would come in handy as well. Sigh....

I would be available during any time you might need me for.....well, for anything! I'm fairly confident that w/ the exception for a few small trips stateside, my calendar is empty. What a generous elf you have, Kay!
