I was also honest. The rep was never rude - just unhelpful.

Did the questions allow you to truly communicate your complaints or they a bunch of "rate this on a scale of 1 to 10" nonsense that didn't mean anything?

It was not a 1 -10 thing. It was pick the best answer, or write in your own.
I may have to forgive them a bit if someone follows up after this survey. Of course, if no one does, then they will be even more cemented on my poopoo list.
