I hope it's not too late...

(I wanted to use today's title for a QOD on female impersonators, but I thought that might be too narrow a category. Ha!)
In the immortal words of Ray Davies, girls will be boys and boys will be girls. The people behind the birth names listed below are better known with names of the opposite gender.
EDIT: I forgot to put that, for today's game, both first and last names are required. I didn't say it specifically, but everybody that has answered thus far got the implication.
1. Amandine Dupin
2. Vincent Furnier
3. Karen Blixen
4. Howard O’Brien
5. Mary Ann Evans
QOD: Emily Bronte wasn’t published under her real name until after her death. What was the masculine pseudonym she used?
5 Point Bonus - What woman was billed with the title “Miss” in her first major role, as the producers didn’t want viewers to think she was a man?
1. George Sand
2.
3. Isaak Dinesen
4.
5. George Eliot
QoD: Ellis Bell
5 point bonus: I'm guessing Michael Learned because of her first name.

MICHAEL LEARNED
I was reminded of this one a week or so ago when I was watching an American Justice where the deceased had hypergraphia. They were showing some of it and she had the cast list of The Waltons written out.
Also, nitrah had a really good guess with Vivien Leigh, since she changed her name to the masculine spelling.
