"Slumdog Millionaire" comes on on DVD Tuesday!

#1 Post by Kazoo65 » Thu Mar 26, 2009 6:00 pm

I was watching (ironically) BAM when I saw an ad for the DVD release of Oscar-winning "Slumdog Millionaire".

"Marley and Me" also comes out that day. Sounds like a good day for movies!
I'm just a game show nerd.

That seems like an odd juxtaposition......Millionaire and Marley......or not.
I believe in the usefulness of useless information.

I say it's a good omen -- for both Marley and Millionaire!

I'll be buying Slumdog Millionaire on Blu-ray on Tuesday. I have every Oscar Best Picture winner on my top two shelves. Wings and Cavalcade are on VHS since they've never been officially released on Region 1 DVD. I have The Departed and No Country for Old Men on Blu-ray, and the rest are on DVD. Come to think of it, I have The Godfather movies on both DVD and Blu-ray, but the DVDs are on the Best Picture shelf...

Are they alphabetized or chronologically arranged on your shelf?

Chronologically...

Good. I think it's a lot cooler to arrange them chronologically.
