Syracuse - Arizona State. A few minutes into the second half, they showed a graphic of both team's 3-point shots. Syracuse had taken 21. Arizona State had taken 18. Judging from the score, this probably meant that more than half of all shots taken in the game to that point had been 3-point attempts.
ENOUGH! I watch the college games because I like to see real basketball. Penetration. Passing. Assists. Play makers. Short hook shots while surrounded by three defenders. Points in the paint. Ten foot jumpers. If I want to see a game of HORSE, I'll go to the neighborhood playground. Make those long-shots good for the extra point only in the last five minutes of the game.
And while I appreciate the exuberance, why wasn't that player who continued on to dunk the ball after he was fouled at half-court called for delay of game?

You'd be hating the Pitt/OSU game right now, then.gsabc wrote:Syracuse - Arizona State. A few minutes into the second half, they showed a graphic of both team's 3-point shots. Syracuse had taken 21. Same thing- at the half, Pitt's taken 16 3-point shots, and Okla State 15.
Okla State's been hitting 'em though- they've nailed down 10 of their 15 (Pitt's hit 8 of theirs).

Don't worry about USC hitting three point shots. We don't have any outside shooting.
I believe in the usefulness of useless information.

Opps, Sorry. I thought this thread would be fussing about multi-format poker games.
I felt the change
Time meant nothing and never would again
