Article about a couple of Wedding Week contestants

A North Bellmore couple two weeks from their wedding day will be in the hot seat next week on the syndicated "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire."

Jen Sharkey, an elementary school teacher, and Eddie Kraus, a firefighter, are contestants on the Monday "Millionaire," airing locally at 12:30 p.m. on WABC/7.
There's a minor spoiler
Spoiler
about how some winnings from the show affected their wedding plans.

Because I think they like to twist things around sometimes...
Spoiler
Who knows if they even won anything?? They said they were surprised with a honeymoon, so the "we got to invite more people" could just be because they have money that they were going to spend on the honeymoon that they now don't need to spend.

Either that or they won something, but these "spoilers" that have been dropped have sometimes been misleading lately!!!

Yup. Rating sweeps month equals specialty week shows and any big winners they might have had. We had the latter with the attendant advertising. Now it's time for the specialty shows.
I just ordered chicken and an egg from Amazon. I'll let you know.

Good grief, what an avatar, Uly!

Just in case it changes in the next three minutes, it's a fat purple-furred squirrel with big yellow dots and a red hat, carrying a meat cleaver and standing on what could be a bicycle handlebar.

I hope it's photoshopped. Eww!

Where would Uly ever find an avatar like that?

Really, Sprots, I think your phobia about ES is reaching the delusional stage! :P

LOL!

Could be, Marley. The little rodent does inspire some aberrant behavior.

But but but . . . Honest! I really did see the purple squirrel!
