So now it's clear that the rest of the plane remained in the present while Jack, Kate, Said and Hurley traveled into the past. But, if having everyone together was such a big deal, why didn't Sun and Ben time travel with them?
Aside from the diffculties having old Ben meet up with young Ben might cause! That poor kid is surely messed up enough already!

I have to say, I believe I have abandoned this show.
My dvr didn't pick it up for 2 weeks (I think it's trying to tell me something) and I didn't miss anything. Well, I guess I missed being super confused for an hour, wondering what the heck was going on.
I think Heroes might be next.

I miss the days when we used to hijack Marley's "Kid Nation" threads.....

So do I. So do I.
Isn't it time for the network (whichever one it was, I forget) to run Kid Nation II?

Based on the conclusion of the episode last night I am guessing that if Sayid had his way that would never be an issue. He probably won't get the chance though.
I will be curious to see how they explain how Ben, Sun (and of course Locke) ended up in the present, more or less (still not sure they aren't in a different future time that is not the same as the present date out here in "viewer land"), whilst the rest were banished to the 70's. I hope it isn't just so Kate and Juliet can have a cat fight over Sawyer. Not there would be anything wrong with that under the right conditions.
I am thinking Jello needs to be involved. Perhaps they can have the sub pick some up...

Last week Lost was a repeat so nothing missed there. I am with it to the bitter end at this point even though I will no doubt be left disappointed when the end finally arrives. I am already concerned that will be the case with BSG. But at this point if Heroes disappeared from the schedule I am pretty sure it wouldn't make any difference to me.
With Castle starting up, which so far has been OK, after DWTS and 24 in the mix it is already getting busy on Monday. There is also Chuck and although I enjoy it enough to keep watching I wouldn't be too upset if it happened to disappear as well.

Of course, the most important thing about the recent story arc is:
There's a fresh supply of socks from the new plane!

Hardly. Nothing more American than Jello Wrestling! You Canucks are just jealous.

Speaking of which, were all the other passengers, including Bernard and Rose, killed by the flaming arrows? I thought it was just a few of them, and that Bernard and Rose are still there. And if I recall, the three canoes were on the main island when the season started (instead of the small island, where they are "now"). This would indicate that some or all of the rest of the passengers, including presumably Ben and the no-longer-dead Locke, and the woman who was holding Sayid prisoner, have now gotten to the main island as well.
And did we ever decide who shot the flaming arrows? Could it have been the group of passengers on the second plane who have somehow gotten to the main island?

They don't have Jello in Canada? Or is it wrestling?
I believe in the usefulness of useless information.

Excellent! Care to wrestle? Would hate to let it go to waste...

I don't think they showed Bernard and Rose being killed, so I presume they're still around. As for who fired the arrows, not the newcomers--there weren't enough of them on the plane after Hurley bought up most of the seats! Wasn't that scene set sometime in the past? I presume the archers were the people who built that huge statue we've seen glimpses of. Perhaps they're the ancestors of the Hostiles.
