Re: UCONN -- SYRACUSE
I've wondered. Why not put in all the scrubs who haven't played a minute? They should be fresher and quicker.
Are the worn out players in the normal rotation really that much better than the scrubs?

I think they did in one case. A walk on got his first rebound of the season.TheCalvinator24 wrote:I've wondered. Why not put in all the scrubs who haven't played a minute? They should be fresher and quicker.

Re: UCONN -- SYRACUSE
I think Syracuse had no choice because they already have had 4 players foul out.TheConfessor wrote:I think they did in one case. Re: UCONN -- SYRACUSE
And Syracuse wins! So with Connecticut and Pittsburgh having been knocked out of the tournament, Louisville's chance for a #1 seed have increased (assuming they can get past Villanova).

Re: UCONN -- SYRACUSE
I gave up after 3 OTs
Husband1111 turned it off in the 6th OT when it was Syracuse by 10 or something with 1 minute to go. Or what ever it was.
Lot of bleary eyed people here today.

Re: UCONN -- SYRACUSE
i fell asleep during the last OT
jury duty tired me out
i think its good for pitt that they can rest their injured players
i remember brandin knight getting hurt in the tourney in 03ish, and it slowed him a great deal in the ncaas.
their #1 seed is in the bag anywho

If they can't make college hoops any better than this--I'm switching to curling.
