The bathroom renovations are complete and elwing can now host her meeting this evening. The project was the focus of most of our combined energies over the weekend, but it's done. New paint (different color) has been applied and a new border has been put in place. It turns out that elwing found this border several years ago and has been wanting to redo the bathroom for quite some time.
We also have a new computer at home - we happened to stop by Circuit City and found that they had two HP desktop CPUs on sale for under $400 each. After some deliberation we decided to purchase it so that we could give our current unit to our oldest son, who has been without a computer since the hard drive on my notebook PC crashed. He needs a computer for school.
