If you didn't like the new Tropicana package

For some reason, Minute Maid is much less expensive than Tropicana around here and just as good. Sometimes Minute Maid is even less than the Kroger house brand. Anyway, I won't be buying Tropicana no matter what the packaging is.

I think Minute Maid is from concentrate. Sting seems to think there is a huge difference and the price difference is worth it.

Not being a oj drinker, I just shrug and do what he wants.

I've tried them all and Tropicana just tastes better to me. Even the minute maid 100% not from concentrate, simply orange (or whatever that one in the carafe shaped bottled is called), they're not the same.

Sting says that as well, although he will drink Florida Natural when I bring it home and tell him I saved $1 per carton by buying it on sale.

Maybe because I drank so much of it as a kid, I prefer the stuff that's from concentrate. Mom always bought the frozen concentrate cans and added water.

We always had the Grand Union frozen orange juice. Sometimes those cans got stuck in the frozen frost in the freezer. When I got the job of defrosting it, if I didn't stay ahead of the melt, I got gooey orange juice stuff I had to clean up as well.
