Another news report I saw said the amount involved was $4000 to $5000 each. So a company with literally billions of dollars in free cash fires people, goofs on their severance calculations (a computer software company miscalculating being in itself ironic), then gets huffy over a total of $125,000. Can you say "bad PR"? Sure you can.
