#1 Post by Millionaire Fan » Sun Feb 22, 2009 3:55 pm

Spoiler
A video from this Tuesday's episode of Millionaire is showing contestant Roger Storm going for $100,000 with three lifelines left. He was one of the three contestants that were featured on the Millionaire website about going deep on Millionaire. Could Roger Storm be the next million dollar winner? Find out on Tuesday's episode. Also here's a link to view his $100,000 question.

Spoiler
My guess is that he will be going for the next question with all three lifelines intact, also. Kinda gimmee for 100K.

If the questions remain at that speed, I say "yes."

That spoiler is actually from today's show, not Tuesday's (assuming my local station broadcast the correct episode today). Today's show started out with a woman carrying over, halfway through the stack. Was there a carryover contestant whose run was interrupted by the Cat Deeley guest hosting week? If not, maybe I saw the Tuesday episode on Monday.

You saw the same one I did.

If the contestant you saw was Kathleen Dwyer, her first show was back on January 30. She answered the $8,000 question and then the horn sounded.

That was today's show here as well.

I didn't recognize the first contestant and thought I missed Friday's show.

You're seeing the correct episode. You know this already, but the subject of the spoiler starts today and carries over to tomorrow. Kathleen Dwyer was the carryover player from January 30, pre-2 weeks of repeats and Cat Deeley.

There was a math question on today's show. I don't recall exactly how it was worded, but I wonder if this source could mean that there was more than one correct answer.

Yes! I was waiting for the transcript to be posted before I brought that up.

For those of you who live in the New York area, Millionaire is going to be preempted tomorrow.

There's another spoiler up at Buzzer Blog. If you can't wait to know the first question on Tuesday's show, you can see it at that site. Not the video. Just the text of the question. Seems like a reasonable question for that level, but it would take solid knowledge or a lot of guts to go for it with no lifelines remaining.

Logically, the correct answer would seem to be
Spoiler
cigarette factory
. I'll find out later today if I'm right.
