To post lighthearted notes about shoes, and food and her wonderful children and pets?
She got scared away and I'm almost there myself, with few people left to lighten them mood!
It's sad when one of the most light-hearted threads is about whether or not I'll get chicken pox and die as an adult!

I beg to differ. This has been a fun day on the Bored, and ghost showing her unmitigated gall and cluelessness just turned it into a Red Letter Day.....

I know! I see some of it on Facebook, but it's not the same. A lot less interaction.
I should say for the record, even if we weren't having a bad day or a bad conversation, I'd still miss her!

Hey, you still got updates on me!
Squirrels are the architects of forests, the planters of trees, nature's own acrobats and show a zest for life that can inspire us. Every day should be National Squirrel Appreciation Day!
--squirrelmama (10/3/07)
Many of these (squirrel) migrations were probably caused by food shortages as well as habitat overcrowding. We solved that for them. We not only reduced their habitat, we reduced the whole species by about 90%. The least we can do now is share a little birdseed with them.

How . . . special.
Let's just say it's not the same.
Heck, I'd enjoy a quick little two-sentence report on Zap's walk today.

It's nice and sunny in Orange County today. I'd bet that Zap took a nice walk this morning.

Hey, I had a wedding thread today. It's titled "23".
That was happy stuff. I could innudate you with all kinds of trivial stuff about that if you like.

From PSM, you bonehead!
P.S. Bonehead is one of my nicknames for Casey. If that had been a real insult, you would have been insulted.

I was going to add that I know it wasn't the same coming from me, but that would have exceeded 2 sentences!

Casey can count to two too!
If she heard me say that, she'd be looking for eight treats. . .

I don't think geoffil was trying to be nosy. I think she was just hoping there was nothing wrong with PSM.

I didn't think she was being nosy. I thought I was answering ("on a break") in a mildly clever way.
Maybe not.
