So sweet!

Especially after the rant I have been on the past few days.

I am a piece of work and a pain in the ass and all sorts of other things, I hear.

Being adored in there is very nice.

It is only a rant if you are alone in doing it.

Yes but if you've been following LS then you know that I think LB is a girl.

I find it so amusing how far afield a thread can go. This one takes that thought to new heights.

But I'm here to bring it back...Survivor was awesome tonight! It takes me a few weeks to start to like any individual person, or one tribe over another, but there were some fun new changes for day 1.

Amazing Race starts on Sunday!!!

LB would never delete a post for such a stoopid reason, whether LB has a peepee or not.

I don't want to watch Survivor. TPTB manipulate every stage of this "reality" show and I don't want to be sucked into this travesty again.

But I watched last night. Just to get an overview of this season, you know.

And...you gotta be kidding me!
Spoiler
I really wanted to root for "the older lady" after all the young punks tried to voter her off immediately. But the clue she finds at the camp says to look for a stick on the beach and for four hours on the first day she doesn't notice that three-foot-tall stick sticking out of sand? And then when she oh-so-cleverly sneaks back later and sees it plain and clear, she's totally clueless about what "ten paces" could mean??? And about spotting a "lone palm tree"??? Someone, please tell me she's not for real!!!

As far as who the best survivor would be--talking about real survival and not all the backstabbing/manipulation that the show is mostly about--I'd put my money on the sergeant who just got back from a tour of duty in Afghanistan.

In this weeks TV Guide, there is an interview with Jeff Probst. He address just that in an answer to one of the questions. He says that people over think Survivor.

Overthinking is one thing but that was just plain bizarre on her part. And then it appeared she performed so well on the challenge. Although not having to run probably helped! Maybe she would have held up better than Carolina but no way to know. But I suspect Carolina was another wannabe actress that was recruited by the show so I was glad to see Sandy get at least one reprieve.

The principal certainly kept a low profile. She was practically invisible last night!

I woulda been the old lady they voted off.

I would not have been the stoopid old lady who couldn't follow clues.
