I think people should know that I’m so obsessed with Millionaire that I’ve actually made contestant comparisons between those from the Regis version and those from Seasons 3 through 6 on the Meredith version, based not on personality or what edition they appeared on, but on a formula I used based on prize values, lifeline usage, etc. This took me a few months to work on and I’ve finally got it finished. Right now, I’ll give you the people from SyndiBAM I’ve connected with those who won the million dollars and those who walked away with nothing on Primetime BAM. Then, as time progresses, I’ll give you the rest of the results one by one and those from SyndiBAM who don't come on by the time I'm finished will just be pushed into the Fastest Finger barrel. If you're surprised by any of the results, again, it’s not based on personality or how easy the questions they got were or anything. It’s based on a formula. But anyway, here are the first results I’ll give you and tell me what you think.

$1,000,000
----------------------------
John Carpenter - Ogi Ogas
Dan Blonsky - Howard Johnson
Joe Trela - Jeff Jones (Netflix Movie Week 2007)
Bob House - Josh Fedeli & Lauren Drysdale (Couples Week 2005)
Kim Hunt - Tom Merlino (TV Week 2007)
David Goodman - Jeff Gross
Kevin Olmstead - John Castellano
Bernie Cullen - Lyn Payne
Ed Toutant - Dino White

$0
--------
Robby Roseman - Paul Weir Galm
Brian Fodera - Chase Sampson
David Gold - Frank Lockwood (TV Week 2007)
Steve Fayne - Pete Tittl
Jon Futrell (Oscars Editon) - Tenisha Cornick
Allen Kong - Linda Cohen-Schofield
Martin Poteralski - Jen Vine
Jeremy Conklin - Drew McCarsky
Karla Robinson - Lorraine Puleo*
Sal Mecca - Kate Flynn
Chris Goldschmidt - Scott Babbidge
Stan Wu - Mary Weimer
James Dinan - Lynn Eden
Debbie Mittelman - Ian Yanong (Netflix Movie Week 2006)
Eric Mason (Armed Forces Editon) - Phillis Straka
Jennifer Starks - Molly Sanford

* - Karla and Lorraine missed different valued questions (Karla at $500, Lorraine at $200) but this was just the best result I got from the formula.
Does anyone else see a spectacular omission in the $1,000,000 slot? Or am I not understanding stuff even worse than I thought?

Like the only two people to win $1,000,000 on SyndieBAM?

He said he's not doing seasons 1 and 2 of SyndieBAM (well, not exactly - he said he was doing "seasons 3-6 of the Meredith verison"). That would explain the two notable omissions.

As well as my not-so notable omission, although it was notable enough to me to note that he was not doing season 2 (then only reason I noticed).

Here was the statement: "I think people should know that I’m so obsessed with Millionaire that I’ve actually made contestant comparisons between those from the Regis version and those from Seasons 3 through 6 on the Meredith version, based not on personality or what edition they appeared on, but on a formula I used based on prize values, lifeline usage, etc."

Sadly, I also will not be paired with anyone. :(

I guess that one just needs to ignore the difference in question difficulty between the different Syndi-Bam seasons. (I got the feeling that one possible purpose of this exercise was to guesstimate how well Syndi contestants would have done if they appeared on the Primtetime version. thereby acknowledging the difference in question difficulty of the two versions.)

Are any of the names on the syndicated list from Season 3? (Yes, I know Owen said he included that year, but I'm not recognizing any names from that season, not that I necessarily would.)

And how do we Super Millionaire alumni fit into the ranking? Is it by dollar level, or by question level?

I meant to say IOHO (in our humble opinions). It was sarcasm. Bitter and derisive, as it were.

That's exactly the main purpose.

You are not forgotten, TKO, and never will be. I saw your name, but I didn't think you were Season 3. (If I'm calculating correctly now, so was Jeff Gross.) Now I'm very confused. Was I in Season 2? What season was Hermillion's run? Was I ever a contestant? Am I having hallucinations? Again?

I think you were on the same show as beebs.

I think hermillion was the very end of season one. I think you were season two.

Season one is being rerun now on GSN.

You gotta watch it, Beebs. I have the "bitter & derisive" (tm) nailed down, even though I can't remember the (tm) whatsits on the keyboard. I, & the ancient Greeks, who also liked satire even though they were several thousand years closer to the dictionary root word(s), & as such were probably even bitter-er & derisive-er.

There Can Only Be One! Or, One & a Buncha Ancient Greeks.

If you want to be "One The Board Loves", or actually, "One Some On The Board Love", you cannot go for the (bitter, derisive, (tm)) satire.

Hey! Tell that to my haywire brain. Well, that's just great. Marley's got a grumble trademark, you have a bitter, derisive satire trademark. Crap, I'm gonna trademark whack. There's a lotta overlap at times.
