I see Blago putting this on his headstone.

"I did a lot of things that were mostly right."

A squib from his impassioned closing argument at the Illinois legislature today.

It's not "Ask not..." but it's not "I am not a crook," either.
I am about 25% sure of this.

I watched most of his speech while in the gym.

Very interesting approach.

I still think they will vote to impeach but he did give people on the fence a rationale to vote against it.
No matter where you go, there you are.

I have to give him his due on his chutzpah. He definitely has that in abundance.
I felt the change

Time meant nothing and never would again

They voted. 59-0

They also made sure he couldn't hold a state office again.

I wonder if he's been watching "The Hills"??

It sounds like when Justin Bobby was trying to woo Audrina by telling her he was pretty sure that most of the time he wanted to be for her...what girl wouldn't fall for that?!?

(Note: I may not be totally accurate on my quote...I AM so pathetic that I watch The Hills faithfully...but am NOT so pathetic as to have each episode memorized!! Yet... :) )
