Anyone know how I go about getting my NFL stuff for buying Samsung HDTVs during the advertising ploy?
I can't find the info on the receipts and hate to call them.

Call them. Leaving off the information is probably a ploy for customer service reps to meet chicks.
I am about 25% sure of this.
