last week, somebody had included them on their ballot for the ESPN/USA Today basketball rankings. Since then, they beat ranked Baylor and played #5 Oklahoma close.
This week, they get no votes at all. Admittedly, Baylor is their only decent win, but sheesh!
Pollsters are stupid.

The USA Today poll is conducted by coaches, some of whom have their own agendas. They have been known to vote for teams that are upcoming opponents for their own team to try to persuade their players to take the game seriously, or to promote their conference.TheCalvinator24 wrote:last week, somebody had included them on their ballot for the ESPN/USA Today basketball rankings. Also, a lot of the time the head coach delegates the job to one of his assistants, sometimes on a rotating basis, so that the guy who "voted" for A&M last week may not have filled out the coach's ballot this week.
