I'm thinking that we (Wal~Mart) have them in the Stationery department, and if not there, the Crafts aisle....

I would bet that a chain optical store will have them - Lenscrafter or the like. If you have a WalMart by you, with an optometrist in the store, I bet you can get one there as well.
