MACRAE is still in first.

Studmuffin is in 2nd, although I am breathing down his neck.

I got 3rd all my myself because someone forgot to make his pick.

I shoulda said nada, as now he will remember to make his picks for Saturday's game.

My sister is from Jax, that they have a team is a HUGE deal for her. She has her own Football Baby Boy on her team.

She was at my folks with me when I was doing my picks last week. I was thinking about picking Jax and asked her. She said "I wouldn't pick Jax against a high school team."

She is a bad fan.

And wrong.

I went with her.

sigh.

I will always pick the Steelers.

Anytime I think there is a chance the Stillers might lose, I usually pick against them....

But for some reason the last few weeks, in games I'd have normally gone against them, I haven't done it.....

It has saved my bacon.....

I fully plan on winning this year.....

You may have second place if you like.....

Damn Thursday games killed me this year as I hadn't made my picks
just about every single week. Well, I'll use that as my excuse anyway.

Go LB!! Is there a trophy to go with the win?? Maybe ES will do a special award pic.

I still have work to do in learning the whole art of trash talk and such.

I would love to win. I will play to win. Whatever happens, I will congratulate the winner, after I jump with giddy joy from knowing that someone else will make you eat those words up there.

How'd I do with the trash talking stuff?

On Tuesday, I told myself I better get my picks in, but I wasn't online at the time. My pattern had been to make picks for the whole week and change the Sunday ones as needed later. I remembered Wednesday to do it, but I was at work. Yesterday it hit me at 5:30 that I forgot. My thought was everyone will have the Colts and go Jags! Jacksonville had the lead but couldn't close the deal.

No way I would have forgotten about the Saturday game. I just have to decide to pick crazy this week or play it the same and see how I stand in the final week.

Aiding and abetting should be done out of the goodness of one's heart, not out of want for favors....

That doesn't sound very southren belleish....

Poor LB. We give him perfectly good answers, and he probably thinks we're being mean.

It's OK. I already knew Kay was mean.

And given how mean Annie is to ES, it was only a matter of time before her attitude rubbed off on you.....

I will take pity on him.

Actual summary of Gone With the Wind, condensed:

Scarlett O'Hara stomped her little foot when the Civil War interferred with her social life.
