The adventure begins

I'm leaving for Trenton now. Not only do I have a new job but a new place to sleep during the week. I'm getting too old for changes like that. Fifteen years ago that was enjoyable.
I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be.

Good luck, Bob. It will all be great. I do agree, though, that after a "certain age" the upheaval grows old.

Well it would have been better to be in south Florida, but I'm actually in Lawrenceville and have a dozen or more restaurants to choose from and shopping malls all over.

Lawrenceville! One of the nicest (and most expensive) suburbs in Mercer County!

And, yeah, the malls. I remember, as a kid, that vast stretches of Rt. 1 was open space in that area. Now it's a continuous line of malls, hotels and condo developments.

So far so good! I just got back from Philadelphia. I played Quizo with some old teammates from 7.5 years ago. We came in in the middle. :(

Oh, did you mean work? :) Things are going very slowly due to people being out of the office. Not my problem though. I'm doing all I can despite the speed bumps. The other two consultants are typical computer geeks. We've had lunch together each day. We need to work as a team so that's good.

I'm looking forward to the weekend. I need to catch up on my TiVo, Netflix and sleep.
