Convictions per capita seems a poor comparison. Perhaps convictions per capita of total government officials might be a slightly better indicator.

And maybe it's good they actually convict the guys rather than let them run free. Maybe that's why Illinois was down lower on the list than expected.

Now that's just plain funny. And after spending a day and a half photographing Gov Blago, I feel that it is most likely his. But I was not allowed to check for sure.

I finally found the proper description of the hair: Lego hair! It's like the snap-on hair you put on the Lego figures! I was thinking of the Fisher-Price Little People, but that wasn't right............
